During the pandemic, the idea arised to create an object to console.
Artists werre blocked in their studio's, no art shows were possible. People in general had no prospect.
So we asked 30 Belgian artists to create a design for a transatlantic.

Next to Z33 we rented a beautifull space to present recent sculptures by LMG Ploem.
Three authentic female artists melted together in a wonderfull presentation in the Hasselt city center.
Until the end of May 2017 there was Helabar. Not just for art, this time. During the day, you could enjoy a nice Monx coffee or a wine and discover beautiful pieces of design. In the evening, delicious cocktails were chopped. An initiative of Comosie together with Lutio and Bar Louwie.

Sara Bomans drawings decorated the windows of the NMBS building (thanks to Printsalon) and Arne Reynaert's work gave color to the temporary bar in Spijshuis Schoofs and Aichacreafood. Also a project of Comosie and Lutio.
Comosie also joined Genk. Tempola Design revives the Molenstraat and we were allowed to participate.
Nice, very affordable artwork. True art for a dot, on the wall of the cozy cafe.
At the beginning of May, Deputy Minister for Culture Igor Philtjens opened our pop up in the presence of the artists.
In a stately building on the Thonissenlaan, opposite the building where we started ARTANDADVICE 28 years earlier.
In addition to work by Liesje Reyskens, Jacqueline Devreux and Liliane Vertessen, visitors could meet with
Frits Jeuris's original furniture creatures.
During the night of art 2016, photographer Alexandra Bertels surprised the visitors with a portrait.
ARTANDADVICE popped up @ Night Shift, a hip and young bursary concept.
One night, many like-minded, loose atmosphere and networks!
We surprised with a "living" portrait of Liesje Reyskens.
AIM Architects made their beautiful buildings (Turnhoutse School!) and dito gardens available for a presentation of
recent outdoor sculptures from LMG Ploem.
The numerous invitees could witness the perfect symbiosis of tight architecture and organic sculpture,
and of a selection of wines from Selezione Vini Itali by Toni Etneo.
At the request of the municipality of Houthalen-Helchteren, ARTandADVICE received the honor of completing the first edition of Houthalense Hemels.
The coordination of these annual solo exhibitions is in the hands of designer Linde Hermans.
LMG Ploem placed different sculptures, on and around the NAC building.

A wonderful initiative of culture house "De Tijd Hervonden". Every year a new expo will be screened every Friday.

We showed Julie Scheurweghs with a revised exhibition.
Also Léopoldine Roux passed the revue at the exhibition series in the Cooperative with a colorful and flavored expo.
ARTandADVICE invited Jimmy Kets and Julie Scheurweghs to stay for 10 days and in the meantime portray the city of Hasselt.
It resulted in a very personal duo expo "The graves are nice this time of the year"
The result was shown in the Cultural Center of Hasselt.
Invitated by Martin Groenendijck and in collaboration with Velaert Architects and Democo, ARTandADVICE popped up in Antwerp.
Sculptures of LMG Ploem were incorporated into the façade and at the ground floor Temporary Contemporary opened a gallery for a month.
