How does A & A operate?

We would be glad to come and make an inventory at your place of business.
After an exploratory meeting, we offer our expert opinion, free of charge and without any obligations.
In our proposal, we take into account: the architectural surroundings, your corporate image, your needs or wants, and - if one exists - a target budget.

Private individuals can call on us to source works of art according to their personal taste, their budget and their home environment. The works of art are showcased in the comfort of your own home.
Neither hire or hire purchase are available to private individuals.

hire:
A very flexible formula in which you are able, at a low price, to integrate art into your work environment.
We select, specially for your firm, suitable works of art from our own collection or acquire them from artists' workshops.
We deal with all the practical arrangements: transport, hanging or erection, background information, basic insurance cover, text plates, maintenance, - all you have to do is stand back and admire -
At your request, the current items in your collection are swapped for others, once a year.

hire purchase or renting:
The same high standard of service but a different hire charge, part of which is reserved, in your name, as a deposit against a possible purchase.
You can use the thus accumulated purchase deposit to pay for any services which A & A provides OR for the purchase of works of art, whether they are already on display on your premises or not.

leasing:
So that you will not have to draw too heavily on your cash reserves when buying works of art, A & A has devised a system of leasing in which the purchase can be spreaded out over several months or years. The term, the purchase value and the interest rate will determine the monthly instalment. In the leasing formula, you decide, beforehand, which work (or works) of art you intend to purchase.

Thanks to our face-to-face contacts with the artists, we are able to buy, on your behalf, at very keen bargain prices.
